Incentive Management Platform for Delaware Contingency Management Program

The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (HSS) is soliciting proposals (RFP # HSS26023-INCMGMT-CM) for an Incentive Management Platform to support the Delaware Contingency Management Program. The core purpose of this RFP is to acquire a comprehensive platform to efficiently manage and track incentives within the program. This includes managing participant data, incentive distribution, and reporting. Key requirements include the provision of a secure, reliable, and user-friendly platform capable of: * Managing participant data related to the Contingency Management Program. * Tracking and administering incentives earned by participants. * Generating reports on program effectiveness and incentive distribution. * Meeting all relevant state and federal data privacy and security requirements.
