Description
The State of Oregon, through its Statewide Department (291001), has issued RFP #S-29100-00014952 for Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design Services for the Replacement of the Oregon State Penitentiary.
The primary purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to conduct a feasibility study and develop conceptual designs for a potential replacement of the Oregon State Penitentiary.
