Description
The project contract 1 - water distribution includes the construction of approx., 10,000 feet of watermain (includes bid alternates), ranging from 8" to 14" in diameter, along with associated water services. A portion of the watermain will be horizontally drilled. The project also includes new hydrants, valves, connections to existing watermain, capping of existing watermain, system-wide water meter replacements and related surface restoration (asphalt, concrete, gravel, grass, etc. ) are part of this project. The project contract 2 - water supply includes converting an existing test production well into a new type i supply well by providing a pitless adapter, well pump, and all related components. The project also includes site watermain to connect the new well to the existing water treatment plant, interior process piping, and chemical feed system modifications, site electrical, and all related work.
A pre-bid conference for the projects will be held Wednesday September 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST at the City Offices, 128 Saginaw St, Beaverton, MI 48612. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/24/2025 01:00 PM EDT.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
