Work includes 1 AC of clearing and grubbing; 1 LS of removal of improvements; 1,455 CY of class A excavation; 1,052 SY of 4" thick type 1 aggregate for base; see attached files. Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening.
