Description

The Project consists of but not limited to: Exterior siding & trim replacement, selective floor up grade in bedrooms, offices & hallways, new accessible kitchens, parking & driveway landscape improvements, selective painting, new hot water, fix structural crack, remove 2 bathtubs & replace with roll-in showers, replace old windows with new energy efficient windows. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
