Mount Prospect Public Library is seeking shelving and collection moving services for a library renovation project.

Description

The 2026 shelving & collection moving project consists of moving shelving and materials through a five phase renovation project of library space. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. If a prospective bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Project, they shall submit to Malachi Kohlwey, Finance & Facilities Director, mkohlwey@mppl.org a written request for an interpretation or correction. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
