The Westchester County Department of Social Services (“the Department”), on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board (“WPWDB”), invites price quotations from qualified agencies (“Respondents”) to provide training services for Westchester Volunteer Tax Preparers and VITA Site Coordinators for the 2026 tax season.
