Description
1. Facilitate advisory committee meetings to determine modules to include in a heat healthcare toolkit; 2. Develop the toolkit; 3. Conduct a Phase 1 rollout of the toolkit; 4. Perform data collection/evaluation of Phase 1; 5. Perform an end of heat season survey, analyze data, and present findings to the advisory committee; 6. Evaluate and adjust toolkit based on input from stakeholders/advisory committee; 7. Conduct a Phase 2 rollout of the toolkit; and 8. Perform further data collection and evaluation to develop a final report.
