The Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide evaluative work on over 60 communities implementing a sequential intercept model (SIM). In 2019, DMHA granted State Opioid Response (SOR) funds to the Indiana Office of Court Services to implement SIM models across the State of Indiana. Through other community partners and stakeholders, local communities worked to map their SIM and implement at least one intercept with funding from the SOR grant.
