Facilities proposes to lease Lot 3, Block 3, consisting of approximately 14,000 square feet (ADA-51079) at Skagway Airport for fifty-one (51) years, to expire December 1, 2076. Applicant: Robert Murphy. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a hangar for private aircraft storage. Annual rent: $2,016.00Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 29, 2025 after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
