Seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms or teams of firms to advance the multimodal improvements. Consulting firm or team will develop concept designs and preliminary engineering with cost estimates, for the development of multimodal improvements.
Q&A deadline is on 10/30/25 by 3:00 PM. The initial term of the Contract resulting from this proposal is for three years with one optional one-year extension periods.
