Perform a phased replacement of the existing in-ground fuel system with an aboveground fuel farm designed to serve both aviation gasoline (AVGAS) and jet-a turbine fuel. The recommended pre-bid meeting will be held on September 11, 2025 11:00 A.M. at 921 East Market Street., Meeker Colorado 81641. Q&A deadline September 15, 2025, 5:00 P.M.
