Description

Provide residential community work release, mental health, transitional, and scattered sites supportive housing programs, as well as work release program beds for women with children. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Various Location Hartford, New Haven, Waterbury, Middletown, Norwich, and/or Bridgeport regions and surrounding areas. Q&a deadline 12/29/25 Contract term 3 year initial contract term with the option to extend for an additional 1-to-2-year period at the discretion of Department.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
