Provide campus chillers maintenance. Question deadline 01/28/26 by 2:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Work Locations 4th floor South machine room of University Hospital Building (UHB); UHB Basement MER for the Cafeteria; Health Science Education Building (HSEB); Basic Science Building (BSB) 6th floor machine room (BSB 475); Basic Science Building (BSB) 6th floor machine room; Public Health Academic Building (PHAB) sub-basement chiller room; Clarkson Ave Yard between 470 & 450 Clarkson Ave.; Basic Science Building (BSB) Roof.
