This project involves remodeling an existing office space into an educational space including offices, classrooms, restrooms, and other supporting spaces. Scopes of work anticipated include but not limited to interior demolition, concrete patching, drywall and framing, casework, flooring and tile, doors and hardware, ceilings, painting, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades, as well as other improvements. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
