Construction of a section of the central delaware waterfront trail, connecting penn treaty park to the battery along the delaware river in philadelphia, PA. All questions must be submitted via email to Katie Pitstick at kpitstick@drwc.org by 5:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
