Detention Center Kitchen Exhaust and Hood Cleaning Maintenance (RFP)

Provide kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning and maintenance (services) at the sheriff's type II detention centers. A mandatory site visit was held on October 7, 2025 and October 8, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Deadline for Submission of Proposer Questions October 15, 2025 2:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro). The Contract will be for a period of three (3) years, tentatively beginning on December 1, 2025 and ending on November 31, 2028, with the option to extend the Contract for one (1) additional two-year period, or two (2) additional one-year periods, dependent on Sheriff needs for the Services and funding availability.
