Description

The scope of work consists of and includes, but is not limited to the removal of the existing roof shingles and underlayment in their entirety, remove and protect existing copper ridge flashing, repair or replace damaged wood sheating as necessary. Install new underlayment and wood roof shingles to establish a reliable and long-lasting roofing system and other related work as per the plans and specs. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Bidders must submit any inquiry under this section by 2:00 PM. at least 3 working days before the bid deadline.
