Building D Roof Replacement

Project consists of removal and replacement of roofing systems at John A. Logan College Building D. Project will include a base bid of TPO roof replacement and an alternate for metal roof replacement. Scope of work in base bid includes fascia and edge metal replacement, roof drain replacement, roof scupper, new TPO membrane roofing, and insulation system installation, and required penetration detailing. Scope of work in alternate includes metal gutter and downspout replacement, fascia metal replacement, new standing seammetal roofing, and insulation system installation, a unit price for plywood deck replacement, and required penetration detailing. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
