Late proposals will not be considered. Hand deliveries should be made to the Franklin Fire Rescue Department Main Station at 49 Maple Street, Franklin, North Carolina, 28734 Submit a complete original proposal and one (1) hard copy in a sealed envelope. Mark the outside of the envelope RFP – FFR TANKER. Submissions may not include photographs, pamphlets, brochures, or other extraneous promotional materials. The Franklin Fire Rescue Department reserves the right to reject any proposals, waive any informalities in any proposal, and qualify the firms that best meet the Department’s needs.
