Description

The work consist of 1 LS Conduct color well video survey; 1 LS comprehensive well cleaning program; 1 LS sand pumping sediment from bottom of hole; 52.37 LF new 2" OD PVC drop pipe; 1 LS rig up and install temporary pumping equipment, and pump well until the water is relatively clear. Include cost for onsite storage of contaminated fluid. Also include costs associated with any permitting; 1 LS new submersible pump.
