Missouri DOT is seeking coldmilling, resurfacing, and ADA improvements for road repair and upgrades.

Description

Work includes 1,458 CY of culvert cleanout; 27 STA of linear grading class 1; 185 STA of misc. linear grading class 2 - modified; 24 LF of jacked 18" class IV reinforced concrete; see attached files. Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. All questions concerning the bid document preparation shall be directed to the Central Office - Design Division at 573-751-2876. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. DBE goal is 8%.
