Amoco Building Air Handling Unit Replacement

The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), is soliciting proposals under RFP number OMB-MC1002000962 for the Amoco Building Air Handling Unit Replacement project. The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to replace the existing air handling units (AHUs) at the Amoco Building. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing AHUs, the installation of new AHUs, and all associated electrical, mechanical, and control system modifications required for a fully functional and integrated system.
