Description

Work consist of rehabilitation of affected properties, install a hardwired with battery backup carbon monoxide detector, provide and install new 200/150 amp electrical service, replace existing outlets with grounded receptacles, install 3 way exhaust fan/light/heater including wiring to the switch. Installation includes back damper and all aluminum duct work to exterior or connect to existing duct work, install venting and fans per plumbing, HVAC, and IRC codes. See outside link.
