Charlotte County is seeking demolition services for removing residential/commercial structures annually.

Description

A. Demolition shall consist of, but not be limited to, removal of any single-story structures, 2- story structures, and mobile homes. B. The structures and driveways, up to the aprons shall be removed in their entirety from each job site. C. All large trees over 4" caliper shall remain on the property. D. Items considered incidental and shall be demolished/removed with the main structure includes. See attached file for full scope. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
