Description

Construction of a new 2-story, 5-bedroom group home on a vacant site to serve adults with developmental disabilities at 103 Nichols Ave in Watertown. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Deadline for General Bidder questions shall be submitted by Friday, September 12, 2025 by 4:00PM. Questions concerning this project must be submitted via email to the Architect at johnm@zeroenergy.com.
