Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services - Elevators

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA), a division of the Department of Human Services (DHS), is soliciting bids (IFB-PMB-30-2025) for preventive maintenance and repair services for elevators at various HPHA properties throughout the state of Hawaii. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and compliance with all applicable safety codes and regulations for elevator systems.
