RFP 24-25-54Professional Services for the Update of the City's Pavement Management ProgramDeadline: 11/13/2025 @ 2:00pmTheCity of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for the update of the City's Pavement Management Program.  The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive field survey and condition assessment of the City’s street network, including pavement surfaces, striping, markings, and signage. The scope of work will include collecting and analyzing pavement condition data, evaluating existing signage and striping conditions, and updating the City’s current asset management system and GIS-compatible database to support the City’s asset management and capital improvement planning efforts. The City’s pavement and management software is Centralsquare’s Enterprise Asset Management product known as Lucity EAM.  For more informationclick here.
