Domestic Violence Services

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a full range of domestic violence services, including: a. Services to adult and youth survivors of family violence, domestic violence, or dating violence and their dependents, including immediate shelter, supportive services, and prevention efforts. b. Services to assist and support children exposed to domestic violence in healing from the trauma they have experienced and repair and rebuild the non-abusing/protective parent-child relationship impacted by the abuse. c. Funding for CYFD-Approved Domestic Violence Treatment or Intervention (DVOTI) programs for perpetrators of domestic and dating violence, including women charged with domestic violence crimes (women who use force). d. Civil and criminal legal services for survivors of family violence, domestic violence, or dating violence. This RFP utilizes funding from the State of New Mexico, resulting in a three-year cost reimbursement contract with providers around the state. Preference will be given to Offerors serving families and individuals in underserved areas, including families from Nations, Pueblos and Tribes. Preference will be given to Offerors who do not currently hold a contract to provide the same or similar services through CYFD. Preference will be given to Proposals that articulate clear strategies and experience in delivering the identified services to the targeted populations
