The City of Canton, the Canton Downtown Development Authority, and Horwath HTL Atlanta invites your firm to submit a written proposal to serve as the Hotel Developer for the planned Hotel located in the downtown area. The RFP is issued on November 3rd, 2025, and posted to the City website at: https://www.cantonga.gov/government/departments/finance/rfps-bids If you are interested in responding to this RFP or have any questions, please email the Consultant to express your interest in the project and include your Company Brochure.
