Description
Seeks qualifications from professional engineering and design firms to provide comprehensive design, permitting, and construction-phase engineering and inspection (CEI) services for the Parks and Recreation Revitalization Project. This project, funded in part through Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds, aims to restore, improve, and modernize public recreation facilities that were severely impacted by Hurricane Ian. The selected firm will provide professional services as described for The Bay Oaks Community Pool Rehabilitation Project. The successful firm must have experience in post-disaster infrastructure restoration, flood mitigation planning, resilient and sustainable design, and compliance with federal procurement and CDBG-DR regulations. Through this solicitation, the Town seeks an experienced, engineering, and design firm to provide comprehensive professional services that align with FEMA flood mitigation guidelines, CDBG-DR program requirements, and sustainable development best practices. The project will not only restore these vital community assets but also integrate resilient infrastructure solutions to protect against future climate-related threats
