Sealed bids for the2026 Slurry Seal Projectwill be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Tim Simons, Community Development Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 until2:00 pm local time on the 5th day of March, 2026,plainly marked“2026 Slurry Seal Project”.   All bid documents shall be submitted in hard copy. Electronic or e-mailed submissions shall be rejected.  Bids submitted after the above-specified date and time shall not be opened.
