The City of Everett is interesting in bids for the removal of all existing roofing materials to the structural decking and replacement with new materials to meet current building code regulations, located at 45 Elm Street, Everett, MA 02149. All bids for this project are subject to the applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, § 39M and Chapter 149, §§ 44A-44H inclusive and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.
