As a result of the funding cuts, IDPH is removing all deliverables associated with CDP, Inc. from the contract. This change will result in a $274,626.85 reduction in the total contract value. This contract, which began on May 24, 2023, and is set to end on May 23, 2026, will retain its original term dates
