Banknote Security Paper (RFP)

Provide Banknote Security Paper Fine-line banknote intaglio steel-plate printing, one color face to include fine line lathework border; Engraving to include latent image letters "V" to the left and "R" to the right, in a positive-negative treatment, to appear only when viewed from a prescribed angle; Engraved border shall include agency-specified text (e.g., "Certification of Vital Records" or "State of California") on top edge of the border above title line. This information shall be incorporated into the intaglio steel plate without exceptions; State of California Seal (cycloid without fine lines) shall be engraved in lower left corner for added security. See outside link. Question Submission Deadline December 30, 2025, 2:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This Contract shall commence upon execution of all necessary signatures and continue for five (5) calendar years from that date, unless otherwise terminated by County.
