American House Pathway - Site Contract

Meridian Township is requesting proposals for the construction of a concrete pathway along the westside of the American House Meridian Senior Living Center. Bids are solicited on a unit price basis. The work involves the following major bid items: • Approximately 790 square yards of concrete for a 8’ wide pathway • Approximately 665 feet of grading of the shared use pathway;Installation of the sheet pile retaining wall shown on the plans will be performed by others under a separate contractInstallation of the boardwalk and concrete abutments on the plans will be performed by others under a separate contract • Installation of the sheet pile retaining wall shown on the plans will be performed by others under a separate contract • Installation of the boardwalk and concrete abutments on the plans will be performed by others under a separate contract Proposals shall include the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Proposals are due by Tuesday, October 28 at 10:00 am. Work on the project may commence any time after the “Notice To Proceed” is issued. Construction shall be completed by June 12, 2026. Completion is defined as being constructed, tested, placed in service, and the site restored.
