New York State University Construction Fund is seeking demolition and construction services for the Mackin Complex demolition project.

Description

Provide design and construction administration services for the demolish mackin complex project includes full demolition of the structures, removal of foundations, and termination and capping of utility services including water, sewer, steam, electrical, communications, fire alarm, and gas. Utility connections to the adjacent buildings will be maintained or reestablished. Contract term will be for 60 months. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. SDVOB Goal 6.00%; MBE Goal 15.00%; WBE Goal 15.00%.
