PUBLIC NOTICEADL 422579Public Access EasementDepartment of Natural Resources Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following: APPLICANT: U.S. Air Force GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approximately one mile south of Oliktok Point; within the Kuparuk River Unit east of Drill Site 3Q. TOWNSHIP RANGE: Sections 8 & 17, Township 13 North, Range 9 East, Umiat Meridian, approximately as shown on Attachment A. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized issuance of a public utility easement for construction, maintenance, and survey of a powerline along the new access road to the U.S. Air Force Oliktok Long Range Radar Site. DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to comment should contact Alaska Relay at 711 or 800-770-8973 for TTY services.
