PUBLIC NOTICEADL 422579Public Access EasementDepartment of Natural Resources Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following: APPLICANT: U.S. Air Force GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approximately one mile south of Oliktok Point; within the Kuparuk River Unit east of Drill Site 3Q. TOWNSHIP RANGE: Sections 8 & 17, Township 13 North, Range 9 East, Umiat Meridian, approximately as shown on Attachment A. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized issuance of a public utility easement for construction, maintenance, and survey of a powerline along the new access road to the U.S. Air Force Oliktok Long Range Radar Site. DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
