Provide develop and/or update up to ten (10) health emergency preparedness plans, to be determined between the contractor and the HEP team. The target start date for the agreement is December 2025, with the term ending June 2026.Deadline for Questions, Comments and Contract Exceptions October 24, 2025, 5:00pm.
