Purchasing Department Invitation to Bid Bid #26-21 Tree Removal and Vegetation Management Services - Annual Contract The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for tree removal and vegetation management services as an annual contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Physical submittals will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on February 10, 2026. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA.
