Birmingham City Schools is seeking low voltage cabling and termination for a new central office.

Description

Installation of a complete structured cabling system(SCS) in a newly renovated building. The interior renovations to a 166,000 SF 12-story office building. The building includes office space on levels 1-2 and 7-12, with existing integrated parking on levels 3-6. The low voltage cabling portion of the renovation project include installation of fiber risers; horizontal fiber; over 1900 CAT. 6a cables; and installation of telecommunications equipment cabinets and ladder tray in the MDF and 14 IDFs. The scope of work also includes termination, testing, and documentation of the SCS. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
