Description

Provide professional construction management services regarding construction of a rail-to-truck transload facility, plus two 30,000 SF warehouses, along with necessary site improvements. Project includes NEPA studies and clearance, engineering design services, construction of 5300' of track and 5 turnouts, installation of a fall arrest system, rail scales, construction of an access road, and application of a class 7 aggregate base course for the yard itself.
