Description

AThe new Gym / Athletics Complex will replace the aged and underperforming existing Gym and provide spaces to support program needs. The proposed location integrates with the existing Marauder Complex, includes new Tennis and Pickleball courts to the north and a new parking lot to the south Q&A Deadline 10/07/2025 5:00 PM (PDT) . This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Prebid meeting was held on Sep 3, 2025. Addendum #1 and prebid sign in sheet issued.
