Work includes to 1 LS demolition; 88 EA metal - handrails fabrication (stepped aisle iterations); 2 EA metal - handrails fabrication (wall adjacent iterations); 88 EA handrail installation - stepped aisle iterations; 2 EA handrail installation - wall adjacent iterations; 1 LS concrete prep. And repairs (as required); 88 EA paint - handrails and associated hardware (stepped aisle iterations); 2 EA paint - handrails and associated hardware (wall adjacent iterations). IFB Questions and Clarification Due Date September 15, 2025, 5:00pm This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. The City anticipates awarding a contract to a vendor for a one (1) year term. MBE 14.9%; WBE goal 6.9%.
