Description
Seeking proposals from qualified entities that demonstrate the vendor's abilities to meet the following requirements in for its housing choice voucher program (HCVP). Services include conducting HUD housing quality standards (HQS) inspections services and HUD's national standards for the physical inspection of real estate vouchers (NSPIRE v) inspections once implemented.
Q&A deadline is on 02/18/26 by 11:00 AM. Minority-Owned Business Enterprise o General Construction 20% o Professional Services 12% o Material/Supplies 5%; Women-Owned Business Enterprise goal 5%. The term of contract will be for a period of one year with the option to extend four one-year contracts.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Addendum #1 issued.
