To establish a contract to provide performance of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program’s Best Management Practices. t is anticipated that the term of the contract will begin on or about the date of execution and be effective for 36 months thereafter.
