Buford City is seeking sanitary sewer maintenance and improvements for infrastructure upkeep and emergency repairs.

Description

Construction of gravity sewers and force mains of, in general 4" through 30" diameter including manholes, service lines, service connections, road crossings, site work, appurtenances, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. All questions pertaining to the Project and Bid Documents must be submitted electronically. Questions must be submitted by 10/20/2025. All Contractor questions should be made in writing to Matt Dunagin at Matt.Dunagin@kimley-horn.com. Work may include emergency type activities on a short notice basis. This Contract will include three (3) additional one (1) year options for renewal. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
