City of Oxford, MS (T-NR-E) Interested vending providers may submit a digital copy online at www.oxfordmsbids.com OR a single hard copy of their response marked “Request for Proposals –Vending Services City Hall/Development Services” to the City Clerk Office at Oxford City Hall on or before 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford (hereinafter “the CITY) will receive sealed proposals (RFP) until the hour of 1:00 pm. local time on Thursday, March 19th at Oxford City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi 38655 for vending machine services for City Hall and Development Services buildings.
