The Texas General Land Office (GLO), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this notice of its intent to purchase goods and services described herein that, upon the agency’s information and belief, are only available for purchase through a single vendor. Any potential bidder who does not agree that these goods and services are available only from the Intended Source identified herein and wants to express interest in providing the required goods and services must contact the Procurement Officer by the Response Deadline. Your response must be in writing and describe the goods and services you are offering as an equivalent to those available through the Intended Source.
