Description
The Project consists of +/- 9,864 SF renovation and +/- 1,478 SF additions to the existing city hall offices and council chambers building to create new offices for tax, finance and water departments. The new additions include mechanical and file storage space as well as a new public entry.The Project shall be completed in two phases with the building being partially occupied throughout construction.
